Privacy Policy
Effective date: 25 July 2026 · Version 2026-07-25
1. Scope
This policy explains how Aspire Digital Group handles personal information when you visit, register for or use Goldroom Ads. Campaign reporting is designed around aggregated screen and audience measurements, not identifying individual passers-by.
2. Information we collect
We collect account and business contact details, organisation and team information, campaign settings and creative metadata, payment and transaction references, support communications, and security or usage records such as IP address, device, session and audit events. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider rather than stored directly by Goldroom Ads.
3. Why we use information
We use information to provide and secure accounts, plan and deliver campaigns, process payments, produce reports, provide support, prevent misuse, meet legal obligations, and improve service reliability. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it for future processing.
4. Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared with authorised members of your organisation and with vetted providers supporting hosting, authentication, email, payments, monitoring, storage, malware scanning and digital-out-of-home supply. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. International handling
Some service providers may process information outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to use providers and safeguards appropriate to the information and applicable privacy requirements.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, contractual records, dispute resolution, security and legal obligations. Controls include access restrictions, encrypted transport, credential hashing, audit records, short-lived recovery links and operational monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Access, correction and complaints
You may ask to access or correct personal information, request deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where law or legitimate record-keeping requires it.
8. Contact
Send privacy requests or complaints to support@aspiredigital.com.au. We will acknowledge and investigate complaints within a reasonable period.
