Terms of Service
Effective date: 25 July 2026 · Version 2026-07-25
1. Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern your access to Goldroom Ads, a digital out-of-home advertising planning and campaign service operated by Aspire Digital Group. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you are authorised to act for your organisation and agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for assigning appropriate access to team members.
3. Campaigns and advertising content
You warrant that submitted advertising, landing pages, data and instructions are lawful, accurate, properly licensed, and compliant with applicable advertising, consumer, privacy and industry rules. Inventory owners and supply partners may reject or remove content. Forecasts are estimates; availability, delivery and audience results are not guaranteed.
4. Charges and credits
Prices, budgets, taxes and applicable fees are shown before purchase or campaign activation. Account credits are applied to eligible campaign delivery and are not a bank deposit. Except where required by law or expressly agreed, consumed campaign spend is non-refundable. Payment disputes must be raised promptly with supporting information.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, bypass security or access controls, interfere with other customers, upload malicious material, scrape protected data, reverse engineer restricted components, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory or harmful advertising.
6. Availability and changes
We may maintain, secure or improve the service and may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, partners or the platform. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the service or account contact details before they take effect where reasonably practicable.
7. Liability and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any permitted limitation is applied only to the maximum extent allowed by law.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful activity, security risk or unpaid amounts, with notice where appropriate. Accrued payment obligations and provisions intended to survive continue after termination.
